DR. BOB ROTELLA TO SPEAK AT WGCA AND GCAA NATIONAL CONVENTIONS Print

CORAL SPRINGS, Fla. – Dr. Bob Rotella, recognized as one of the top sport psychologists in the world, will speak at the Women’s Golf Coaches Association (WGCA) and Golf Coaches Association of America (GCAA) National Conventions on Monday, December 11 in Las Vegas.

Dr. Rotella’s golfers on the PGA Tour have won a total of 74 major professional titles, including British Open Champions Padraig Harrington and Darren Clarke, Masters Champion Trevor Immelman, US Open Champion Graeme McDowell, and Keegan Bradley, winner of the PGA Tour Championship. He has also worked with athletes in the NBA, NFL, MLB and NCAA, as well as the U.S. Olympic Ski and Equestrian teams.

As a teacher, Dr. Rotella has been selected as one of the top 10 golf teachers of the 20th century and directed the Sports Psychology Department at the University of Virginia, the leading graduate program in the country, for 20 years. He currently serves on the Editorial Board of Golf Digest and is a columnist for the publication. He is the past president of the North American Association for Applied Sports Psychology and a contributing editor for the Sport Psychology Journal.

Dr. Rotella is an author of numerous books, including Golf is Not a Game of Perfect, which is the best-selling sport psychology book of all time and one of the three best-selling golf books in history.
