Huntingdon New Top-Ranked Team in Division III Bushnell Golfweek Coaches Poll

NORMAN, Okla. – Huntingdon moved up two spots to overtake the top spot in the Division III Bushnell Golfweek Coaches Poll. The Hawks received 14 of the 20 first-place votes.

Wittenberg moved up three spots to second. Preseason No. 1 Claremont-Mudd-Scripps fell to third despite five first-place ballots. Oglethorpe stayed at fourth and was followed by Methodist, Berry and Rhodes. Guilford and Mary Hardin-Baylor each jumped 11 spots, to eight and ninth respectively. UT Tyler climbed six spots to No. 10.

Concordia (TX) claimed the remaining first-place vote.

Centre (#20), Hope (#23) and Gustavus Adolphus (#25) debuted in the top 25. Franklin & Marshall, Spalding and Transylvania dropped from the poll.
