Defending Champ Florida Southern Tops Preseason Bushnell Golfweek Division II Coaches Poll

NORMAN, Okla. – Defending national champion Florida Southern will begin the season ranked first in the preseason Bushnell Golfweek Division II Coaches Poll. The Mocs tallied nine first-place votes.

West Florida, who closed last regular season ranked first, collected seven first-place ballots and ranked second. Barry was third. Lynn received the final two first-place votes and ranked fourth. No. 5 Florida Tech was followed by Newberry, North Alabama, California Baptist, CSU Monterey Bay and Arkansas Tech.

The next Bushnell Golfweek Coaches Polls will be released September 29.
