Todd Wins Jack Nicklaus Award Presented by Dillards Inc./Hartmarx Corp.

Sonoma State player honored as Division II Player of the Year

FISHERS, Ind. ?

Jarin Todd of Sonoma State was named the recipient of the Jack Nicklaus Award presented by Dillard?s Inc./Hartmarx Corp. The Nicklaus is presented annually to the national player of the year in NCAA Divisions I, II and III and the NAIA.

Todd won four times this season - the InterWest Chico State Invitational, the Mauna Lani Intercollegiate, the

SoCal Intercollegiate Championship and the NDNU Invitational. He also tallied five additional top-five finishes

and only placed outside of the top 10 once during his sophomore campaign. A native of Woddonville, Wash., Todd was one of 12 players selected to represent the United States in the Fuji Xerox USA vs. Japan Collegiate Golf Championship and was named a PING First-Team All-American.
