NEW YORK, NY?The second Golf World/NIKE Golf Division III Coaches? Poll of the fall season has been released, combining the resources of Golf World magazine, NIKE Golf and the Golf Coaches Association of America (GCAA). The complete results, including results from Divisions I, II and the NAIA, will appear in the October 19th issue of Golf WorldMethodist is the new number one team in the poll, earning 11 of the 15 first-place votes.

The Monarchs have won both of their tournaments this fall, most recently winning the Gordin-Myers Coca-Cola Classic at Duke University GC in Durham, NC.

Rounding out the top-five are Huntingdon (No. 2), Oglethorpe (No. 3), Guilford (No. 4) and Skidmore (No. 5).

Greensboro College (No. 8) and Rhodes (No. 9) cracked the top-10, after being ranked Nos. 16 and 11, respectively, in the previous coaches? poll.

Southwestern (No. 12), North Carolina Wesleyan (No. 21), Bridgewater (No. 22) and Trinity University (No. 23) moved into the top-25.
