Oklahoma City New Number One in Golf World/NIKE Golf NAIA Coaches' Poll

NEW YORK, NY?The final Golf World/NIKE Golf NAIA Coaches? Poll of the fall season has been released, combining the resources of Golf World magazine, NIKE Golf and the Golf Coaches Association of America (GCAA). The complete results, including results from Divisions I, II and III, will appear in the November 30 issue of Golf World.  Oklahoma City ends the season as the number one team in the poll, earning 11 of the 13 first-place votes.

The Stars won the NAIA Preview, their third tournament title in four starts this fall.

Rounding out the top-five are SCAD (No. 2), Johnson & Wales (No. 3), British Columbia (No. 4) and Malone (No. 5).
 
SCAD (No. 2) and Holy Names (No. 10) cracked the top-10, after being ranked Nos. T-11 and 18, respectively, in the previous coaches? poll.
 
Northwood (Fla.) (No. 18) and Lewis-Clark State (No. 25) moved into the top-25.
