Barry Takes Over as the Bushnell/Golfweek Division II Coaches Poll’s No.1
NORMAN, Okla. - 15 first-place votes proved its worth as Barry overtook Arkansas Tech (two first-place votes) in the latest Bushnell/Golfweek Division II Coaches Poll.
The top five also features No.3 South Carolina-Aiken, No.4 Lincoln Memorial (three first-place votes) and No.5 Lee (one first-place vote). Newcomers to this poll include No.8 Carson-Newman, No.12 North Georgia, No.13 Limestone, No.16 Rogers State, No.20 Lander and No.24 Belmont Abbey.
Five teams did fall out of the top 25: Findlay (previously No.24); Georgia College (No.20); Grand Valley State (No.23); Newberry (No.22) and Texas A&M-Commerce (No.18).
