South Mountain Edges Glendale for October 28 Bushnell/Golfweek NJCAA DII Coaches Poll’s No.1 Ranking
NORMAN, Okla. - South Mountain received two first-place votes and 37 points en route to the top spot in the October 28 Bushnell/Golfweek NJCAA Division II Coaches Poll. Glendale (two first-place votes and 35 points), Kirkwood (31 points), and Parkland (27 points) were within 10 points of the Cougars.
Iowa Central, Southeast (NE), Walters State, Mississippi Gulf Coast, Meridian, and Sandhills, making their first appearance of 2022-23, complete the top 10.
Abraham Baldwin, Cleveland State CC, Northeast Mississippi, Des Moines Area, and Northeast (NE) were others receiving votes.
