Oklahoma State Remains No. 1 in Bushnell Golfweek Coaches Poll

NORMAN, Okla. – Oklahoma State received 15 first-place votes to hold on to the top spot in the Bushnell Golfweek Coaches Poll. This marks the eighth straight ranking the Cowboys have held the top spot.

In-state rival Oklahoma earned four first-place votes and moved up a spot to second. Alabama dropped one place to third and while Georgia Tech was fourth. No. 5 Tennessee, unranked in the preseason, tallied the remaining three first-place ballots. Sixth-ranked Texas A&M was followed by Southern California, Texas, and Duke. Georgia moved from unranked to No. 10.

In addition to Tennessee and Georgia, SMU, South Carolina, and Louisville debuted in the rankings at Nos. 21-23. Florida, Florida State, North Carolina, UCLA, and Wake Forest dropped out of the top 25.
