Two-time NJCAA Division II Champ South Mountain Tops in Bushnell Golfweek Preseason Coaches Poll
NORMAN, Okla. – Two-time defending national champion South Mountain topped the ranking of the Bushnell Golfweek NJCAA Preseason Coaches Poll. The Cougars have held the No. 1 ranking for 18 straight rankings, dating back to the 2014-15 season.
Second-ranked Tyler JC received the remaining first-place vote. Mississippi Gulf Coast was third while last season’s co-runner-up Kirkwood ranked fourth. Mesa, Meridian, Murray State (OK), Owens, Copiah Lincoln and Illinois Central completed the top 10.
