Oklahoma Christian New Number One in Golf World/NIKE Golf NAIA Coaches' Poll

  

 

NEW YORK, NY?The second Golf World/NIKE Golf NAIA Coaches? Poll of the spring season has been released, combining the resources of Golf World magazine, NIKE Golf and the Golf Coaches Association of America (GCAA). The complete results, including results from Divisions I, II and III, will appear in the March 16th issue of Golf World. Oklahoma Christian is the new number one team in the poll, earning eight of the 11 first-place votes.

The Eagles have won both of their spring tournaments, beating previous No. 1 British Columbia in the first.

Rounding out the top-five are British Columbia (No. 2), Oklahoma City (No. 3), Oklahoma Baptist (No. 4) and Malone (No. 5). 

USC Beaufort (No. 9) cracked the top-10, after being ranked No. 12 in the previous coaches? poll. CSU-East Bay (No. 20), Bethany (No. 21) Lewis-Clark State (No. 22), Indiana Wesleyan (No. 24) and Mobile (No. 25) moved into the top-25.
