2021 NAIA PING All-America First Team Named
Norman, Okla.— The 2021 NAIA PING All-America Team has been announced by the GCAA.
Lucas Cena of Keiser, Ottawa’s (AZ) Mason Domecq, Morningside’s Corey Matthey, Oklahoma City’s David Meyers, Keiser’s Javier Neira Garcia, Dawson Peters of South Carolina Beaufort, Point’s Ruen Pretorius, Ben Rebne of Dalton State, Logan Smith of William Woods, Jackson Lawlor of Coastal Georgia, Ryan van der Klis of Point, and Kansas Wesleyan’s Troy Watson all earned first team honors.
The trio of Meyers, Pretorius, and Rebne made the First Team in 2020. Peters and van der Klis improved on their Second Team campaigns from last year, Cena hops up from the 2020 Third Team while Domecq made the biggest jump from the 2020 Honorable Mention list.
