Vanderbilt Tops First 2022-23 Bushnell/Golfweek DI Coaches Poll

NORMAN, Okla. - A NCAA Division I National Semifinalist a season ago, Vanderbilt begins 2022-23 as the Bushnell/Golfweek DI Coaches Poll’s No.1 after coming back to win the Frederica Cup on Thursday. The Commodores received 14 first-place votes and were 12 points ahead of No. 2 North Carolina.

Florida, Oklahoma, and Arizona State round out the top five, while Georgia Tech, Oklahoma State, Texas Tech, defending national champion Texas, and 2021 national champion Pepperdine complete the top 10.

Others receiving votes include Clemson, East Tennessee State, Virginia, Oregon, Duke, North Florida, Alabama, South Carolina, SMU, BYU, New Mexico, Ohio State, Purdue, Charleston, and Missouri.
