NEW YORK, NY - The first Golf World/NIKE Golf NAIA Coaches' Poll of the spring has been released, combining the resources of Golf World magazine, NIKE Golf and the Golf Coaches Association of America (GCAA). The complete results, including results from Divisions I, II and III, will appear in the February 28 issue of Golf World. Oklahoma City remained in its familiar No. 1 spot in the final NAIA coaches' poll of the fall. Taking all 10 first-place votes, Oklahoma City was the unanimous pick for the top spot in the Golf World/NIKE Golf NAIA men’s coaches’ poll.
The Stars were two-time winners last fall, including taking the team title at the Division I Kansas Invitational.

The top five teams in the NAIA poll remain remained the same, with No. 2 Oklahoma Christian and No. 3 USC Beaufort swapping spots and Grand View and Malone holding steady at Nos. 4 and 5.
Two new teams make appearances in the top 10: No. 9 Shorter and No. 10 The Masters College. Five schools join the top 25: CSU-Marcos at No. 22, Point Loma Nazarene at No. 24 and Campbellsville, Faulkner and Our Lady at the Lake all tied at No. 25.
