(NEW YORK, NY) — The Golf World/Nike Golf NJCAA DI College Preseason Coaches’ Poll has been released, combining the resources of Golf World magazine, Nike Golf and the Golf Coaches Association of America (GCAA).  Brevard jumped from No. 2 in the preseason poll to the top spot of the NJCAA D-I men's coaches' poll.

The Titans finished second at their first tournament of the fall, the Wallace State Fall Invitational.

Meridian moved into the top 5 at the No. 3 spot, after winning the Wallace State Fall Invitational.  Meridian also received two first place votes and Indian Hills, the previous No. 1, received four.

Western Texas is the only new team in this week's ranking, after a second-place finish at the Chaps Fall Invitational, an event featuring NAIA and NJCAA schools.
