NEW YORK, NY —The first Golf World/Nike Golf NJCAA DI College Coaches’ Poll has been released, combining the resources of Golf World magazine, Nike Golf and the Golf Coaches Association of America (GCAA). Odessa, the unanimous choice with all eight of the first-place votes, held on to the No. 1 ranking in the first Golf World/Nike Golf men's NJCAA DI coaches' poll of the spring.
The The Wranglers appropriately enough, won their spring opener, the Wrangler earlier this month to help them claim all eight first-place votes in the D-I ranking.
Second-ranked Central Alabama starter their spring with a second-place finish at the Titan Winter Invitational, where they were the highest finishing NJCAA team in the field.
Johnson County was the only new addition to the top 10 at #T8
