(NEW YORK, NY) — The final Golf World/Nike Golf NAIA College Coaches’ Poll of the fall season has been released, combining the resources of Golf World magazine, Nike Golf and the Golf Coaches Association of America (GCAA). The complete results, including results from Divisions I, III and III, will appear in the November 28, 2011 issue of Golf World.   Oklahoma Christian closed out the fall season as the top ranked team in the Golf World/Nike Golf men’s NAIA coaches’ poll.

The Eagles claimed 12 first-place votes after winning both NAIA tournaments the team entered in the fall and finishing third and fourth in two Division I events.

Grand View stay in its No. 2 spot, while Oklahoma City jumped from No. 7 to No. 3. Rounding out the top five are Lee and Northwood (Fla.).

One new school joined the top 10: No. 10 Wayland Baptist. Three new schools entered the top 25: No. 19 Tennessee Wesleyan, No. 21 Houston-Victoria and No. 23 Rogers State.
