(NEW YORK, NY) — The final Golf World/Nike Golf NJCAA DI coaches' poll of the fall season has been released, combining the resources of Golf World magazine, Nike Golf and the Golf Coaches Association of America (GCAA). Meridian remained the top team in the NJCAA D-I men's coaches' poll.
Meridian finished 1st at the NJCAA District 4 Preview as well as the Mississippi Gulf Coast Holiday Inn Fall Invite in October. They finished the fall with a second-place finish at the CACC/WPCC Fall Invitational, a tournament won by host Central Alabama.
Odessa received the other 3 first place votes in the final poll.
No new teams entered this week's ranking, while Indian Hills moved into the top 5.
