Bo Hanson draws from his experience from four Olympic campaigns (winning three Olympic medals), formal university education and working in the corporate world for more than 14 years. He is now an internationally respected coaching consultant, working with coaches, athletes & sports professionals around the world, including some of the top golf programs in the USA and Australia.
In attending this presentation, you will quickly see why some of the top professional teams, national, state and college teams bring Bo in to specifically address and improve team performance. You will benefit from real-life case studies and experiences from working with golf clients (and clients from 23 other sports), from all over the world. You’ll be with someone who knows sport.
Bo founded and developed Athlete Assessments with a team of colleagues in 2007, creating the first online sports-specific behavioral profiling tools for athletes, sports teams and coaches. Today, the organization provides DISC Profiling assessments, specific to the roles in sports—they have one for athletes and players (the AthleteDISC), one specifically for coaches (the CoachDISC) and one tailored to the role of team management and sport administrators (the Sports ManagerDISC). Used by coach education providers, leadership programs, universities, national and state sporting organizations, professional teams and a network of consultants, they are a significant contributor to the success in sports.
