Bo founded and developed Athlete Assessments with a team of colleagues in 2007, creating the first online sports-specific behavioral profiling tools for athletes, sports teams and coaches. Today, the organization provides DISC Profiling assessments, specific to the roles in sports—they have one for athletes and players (the AthleteDISC), one specifically for coaches (the CoachDISC) and one tailored to the role of team management and sport administrators (the Sports ManagerDISC). Used by coach education providers, leadership programs, universities, national and state sporting organizations, professional teams and a network of consultants, they are a significant contributor to the success in sports.
