NEW YORK (February 26, 2014) — The first Golf World/Nike Golf NJCAA Division I College Coaches’ Poll of the Spring 2014 season has been released, combining the resources of Golf World magazine, Nike Golf and the Golf Coaches Association of America (GCAA). The complete results, including results from Divisions I, II, III, NAIA and NJCAA Division II will appear in the March 3, 2014 issue of Golf World. Odessa remained the No. 1 program in the first spring edition of the Golf World/Nike Golf men's NJCAA Division I college coaches' poll.

The Wranglers started the spring with a victory at The Wrangler, followed by a third place finish at the Shootout in San Antionio after recording four tournament wins in the fall.

Faulkner State was the lone new entry into the top-5 at number 5, while Scottsdale Community College joined the ranking at number 10.
