NORMAN, Okla. – Indian Hills claimed four first-place votes to overtake the top ranking in the Bushnell Golfweek NJCAA Division I Coaches Poll.
Second-ranked Odessa tallied the two remaining first-place votes and only trail Indian Hills by two points overall. One of two teams tied for No. 1 in the previous ranking, Eastern Florida State dropped to third. McLennan held steady at No. 4 and is follwed by Midland, Iowa Western and Dodge City. Wallace State, the other team tied for the top spot in the previous ranking, fell to No. 8. Central Alabama ranked ninth while Hutchinson and ranking newcomer Darton tied at No. 10
