NORMAN, Okla. – South Mountain received five first-place votes to continue its claim as the top-ranked team in the Bushnell Golfweek NJCAA Division II Coaches Poll. The defending national champions have held the No. 1 ranking for 13 straight polls, dating back to last season.
Meridian stayed at No. 2 and claimed the remaining two first-place votes. Mississippi Gulf Coast, Tyler, Mesa and Walters State all stood pat at Nos. 3-6, respectively. Owens and Murray State (OK) remained tied for seventh. Kirkwood moved up a spot to No. 9. Copiah Lincoln debuted at No. 10.
Mott dropped from the ranking.
