NORMAN, Okla. – South Mountain received seven first-place votes to stay No. 1 in the Bushnell Golfweek NJCAA Division II Coaches Poll. The defending national champions have held the top ranking for 15 straight polls, dating back to last season.
Mississippi Gulf Coast stayed at No. 2 and garnered the remaining first-place vote. Tyler moved up to No. 3 while Meridian dropped to fourth. Kirkwood and Copiah Lincoln each climbed a spot to Nos. 6 and 7, respectively. Mesa, Murray State (OK), Owens and Walters State round out the top 10.
