North Carolina Opens 2023-24 as Bushnell/Golfweek DI Coaches Poll’s No.1

GRAND HAVEN, Mich. - Before their season begins at the Olympia Fields Fighting Illini Invitational in two weeks, North Carolina gained the top spot in the 2023-24 preseason Bushnell/Golfweek DI Coaches Poll. The Tar Heels received five first-place votes and 444 points in the process. 

Arizona State (two first-place votes), Vanderbilt (five first-place votes), Georgia Tech, and Florida State (one first-place vote) rounded out the top five, while Auburn, Stanford, Florida (five first-place votes), Illinois, and Oklahoma completed the top 10.
