Palmer Cup presented by Monster to Air on The Golf Channel

NORMAN, Okla. ? The Palmer Cup presented by Monster a Ryder Cup-style competition between college players from the United States and Europe will air on The Golf Channel Sept. 2 at 8:30 ET. The two-hour special will re-air later that night at midnight (ET) and again on Sept. 8 at 11 a.m. (ET). Europe retained the Palmer Cup trophy by defeating the United States, 14.5-9.5, at Ballybunion Golf Club in County Kerry, Ireland, on August 6-7. The victory was the largest in the series for the Europeans and moved the all-time record of the event to 4-3-1 in favor of the Americans.
