Barefoot Resort

Barefoot Resort and Golf is a new mixed-used development located adjacent to Barefoot Landing along the Intracoastal Waterway in North Myrtle Beach.

The Resort features four 18-hole, championship golf courses designed by Greg Norman, Davis Love III, Tom Fazio and Pete Dye. The four courses opened by April 13, 2000.

The atmosphere of the Resort will be reminiscent of Savannah, Ga. or Charleston, S.C. with New Orleans style buildings, one way streets, and sidewalks of red brick. Specialty shops will also line downtown streets.

Barefoot Resort and Golf is comprised of more than 2,300 acres of land and will have more than 1,100 lots available for purchase. When complete, the development is projected to have a population of 10,000 to 12,000.
