GCAA Announces PING All-America Teams for NAIA
Dave Williams Coach of the Year presented by Eaton Golf Pride also named

OLATHE, Kan. ? The GCAA announced its first and second NAIA PING All-America teams, as well as the Dave Williams Coach of the Year presented by Eaton Golf Pride following the final round of the NAIA National Championships on Friday. Johnson & Wales and Oklahoma Christian each placed three total selections to the first and second PING All-America teams while National Champion Oklahoma City and Point Loma Nazarene had two golfers honored a piece.

Johnson & Wales placed two golfers on the PING All-America first team - James Renner and Brad Valois - as did Oklahoma Christian - Bruno Buccolo Rhein Gibson. Drew Chuipek of St. Ambrose, Victoria?s Todd Halpen, Daniel Mitchell of Oklahoma City and Point Loma Nazarene?s Joe Prince round out the team.
No team had more than one selection named to the PING All-America second team. That team was made up of Point Loma Nazarene?s Sam Cyr, Matt Drinkard of Mobile, Oklahoma Christian?s Fernando Gonzales, Ian Hoffman of Flagler, Malone?s Scotty Jones, Anthony Michael of Oklahoma City, Missouri Baptist?s Chris Naegel and John Stoltz of Johnson & Wales.
Kyle Blaser of Oklahoma City was named the Dave Williams Coach of the Year presented by Eaton Golf Pride. Blaser led the Stars to their fifth national championship in six years.
