Florida Southern Captures No.1 Spots in Division II Preseason Golf World/NIKE Golf Coaches Polls

 

NEW YORK, NY?The Golf Coaches Association of American, in conjunction with Golf World and Nike Golf has announced its Division II preseason poll.

 

Florida Southern, third at last season?s NCAA Championship, is the top team in the Golf World/Nike Golf Division II Preseason Coaches? Poll. The Mocs earned seven of 19 first-place votes, and outpaced the defending NCAA champions, Barry, which is second in the poll despite earning 10 first-place votes.

 

The rest of the top-five consists of: Columbus State (No. 3); West Florida (No. 4); Georgia College (No. 5).
