Oklahoma City Unanimous No. 1 in NAIA Golf World/NIKE Golf Coaches Poll
NEW YORK, NY ? The second Golf World/NIKE Golf NAIA Coaches Poll of the fall season has been released, combining the resources of Golf World magazine, NIKE Golf and the Golf Coaches Association of America (GCAA).
Oklahoma City is once again the unanimous number one team, earning all nine first-place votes. The Stars opened the fall season with a 17-shot win at the UC Ferguson OA Classic, with four golfers among the top 10 players individually. Rounding out hte top five are Oklahoma Christian (No. 2), Johnson & Wales (No. 3), Berry (No. 4) and British Columbia (No. 5).
St. Ambrose (No. 10) is the lone team to jump into the top 10 after being ranked No. 11 in the previous coaches poll. Davenport (No. 22) and Webber International (No. 25) have moved into the top 25.
