Huntingdon Unanimous Number One Team in Golf World/NIKE Golf Division III Coaches' Poll
NEW YORK, NY?The fourth and final Golf World/NIKE Golf Division III Coaches? Poll of the fall season has been released, combining the resources of Golf World magazine, NIKE Golf and the Golf Coaches Association of America (GCAA). Huntingdon is the unanimous choice for the number one ranking, earning all 18 first-place votes. The Hawks won twice this fall (Greensboro College Invitational, Gordin Collegiate) and finished second and third in their other two starts. Rounding out the top-five are Methodist (No. 2), Skidmore (No. 3), Illinois Wesleyan (No. 4) and Oglethorpe (No. 5). Carthage (No. 20) and John Carroll (No. 24) moved into the top-25.
