Pete Holman Announced as 2023 GCAA National Convention Speaker

NORMAN, Okla. – Pete Holman, a physical therapist and certified strength & conditioning specialist, will speak at the Golf Coaches Association of America (GCAA) National Convention on Wednesday, December 6 in Las Vegas.

A former U.S. National Taekwondo champion, Pete has earned the nickname 'The Golf Ninja'. He has worked with professional athletes and strength coaches from the PGA, MLB, NFL, NBA, UFC, X-Games, and professional race car team SunEnergy1.

Pete's dedication to advancing the fitness industry inspired him to create multiple products that impact fitness enthusiasts and athletes worldwide. Most notably, he was the inventor of the GolfForever Swing Trainer, Nautilus Glute Drive, Escape Barrow, and the TRX Rip Trainer.

An IDEA FIT 2022 “Fitness Leader of the Year” award recipient, Pete is the top-rated trainer on the GolfForever app, presents for IDEAFIT, writes for IDEA Fitness Journal, PTontheNet, STACK magazine, and IronMan Magazine, has appeared on national TV shows like The Doctors and The Steve Harvey Show, and can be heard on podcasts around the world. 

During the convention, Pete will be discussing the importance of a pre-round warm-up, golf-specific training during the season, on the road, and in the off-season, as well as fueling the body.
