Crouch Claims Second-Straight Division II Arnold Palmer National Individual Champion Award presented by Callaway
NORMAN, Okla. – Florida Southern’s Tim Crouch won his second-straight Division II Arnold Palmer Individual National Champion Award presented by Callaway for earning medalist honors at the NCAA Championships. He is just the third player to win back-to-back medalist honors at the NCAA Championship and the first since Valdosta State’s Briny Baird in 1994-95
Crouch overcame a rough first round in which he carded five-straight bogeys but still managed 3-over 74. He managed even par in the second round and sat in a tie for sixth heading into today’s final round. Crouch fired four birdies and only one bogey in the final stroke-play round to claim a one-shot victory.
