2016 Division I PING All-America Teams Named

FORMBY, England – The second, third and honorable mention PING All-America Teams have been announced by the GCAA. Charlie Danielson of Illinois, Florida’s Sam Horsfield, Beau Hossler of Texas, Georgia’s Lee McCoy, Maverick McNealy of Stanford, South Carolina’s Matthew NeSmith, Jon Rahm of Arizona State, Vanderbilt’s Matthias Schwab, Alabama’s Robby Shelton and Oregon’s Aaron Wise were previously named to the PING All-America First Team.

Thomas Detry of Illinois, Doug Ghim and Gavin Hall of Texas, Southern California’s Rico Hoey, Michael Johnson of Auburn, California’s KK Limbhasut, San Diego State’s Nahum Mendoza III, East Tennessee State’s Adrian Meronk, UMKC’s Antoine Rozner and LSU’s Zach Wright comprised the second team.

Third-team honorees included Derek Bard of Virginia, TCU’s Paul Barjon, Stephen Behr of Clemson, Vanderbilt’s Will Gordon, Chase Koepka of USF, Kentucky’s Tyler McDaniel, Max McGreevy of Oklahoma, California’s Collin Morikawa, Greyson Sigg of Georgia and Oklahoma State’s Kristoffer Ventura.
comprised the second team.

A total of 31 golfers were named honorable mention All-America.
